Pizza Hut came to us for a request to create a contest which would take place across more than 80 Pizza Hut restaurants at each of those locations in the U.S. The contest was to enter for a free Pizza Hut party for up to 20 people. Could be anyone from co-workers, teammates to charities. After selecting their location, the user could also enter a reason behind why they should win.
In addition to the parallax front-end portion of site, there was also a back-end login area where each manager would be able to login to see the specific submissions for their restaurant and be able to choose which submission would win. They could also modify any submission with notes or updated info. An email would also to go out to each location daily to let them know through the database if any submissions were made the day before.
Animated ads have also been created to market a variety of promotions on multiple well known sites. Creative scripting and animation techniques were used to set ads apart while still being under the 40k restriction. A few examples show below to meet that size requirement have water movement from static images, steam effects for pizza rollers and for march madness just two symbols of basketballs were used to create a basketball mouse trail effect for users that would hover over the ad. This in turn created eye-catching effects which would help increase awareness, lead generation and revenue.
